I have been working with the A+D community for the greater part of my life, developing relationships with clients and manufacturers along the way. Throughout my career I worked with many successful independent reps that became an inspiration of what I imagined I could do with my career. As luck would have it, it was a layoff that was the catalyst to go out on my own in 2008. Decades of work with wallpaper manufacturers and distributors seemed to end quickly that day but had taught me so much!

The groundwork for Brassell Design Consultants had begun years before while developing a custom line called Graphix, with the idea of customization at its core. That customization stuck with me and became the basis for my business design thought and process. I began to consult with designers and specifiers to make their ideas a reality by customizing exactly what they envisioned; that became Brassell Design Consultants. With so many possibilities I used to say, If you stand still long enough, I’ll figure a way to print on you. And “printing” was just the start. Once I was running my own business, friends within the industry called and said, "Are you ready? Because we need you to represent us!" So I reached out to new and different manufacturers and the rest, as they say, is his story. 

We are currently servicing the Midwest and expanding into Florida representing a wide variety of product lines: casegoods, graphics, fabrics, furniture, lighting, signage, surface design, textiles, and wallcovering. We service all market segments: contract, government, healthcare, hospitality, residential, restaurant, and retail.​
